The work we offer is as wide and varied as the engagements we offer our permanent staff - sometimes we work together when we require specialist input, and at other times we seek more general project expertise or capacity.

What we look for in our Associates:

• A minimum of 10 years' experience within a senior industry or public sector role, a blue chip management consultancy OR as a practising independent consultant or interim
• Demonstrable track record of work with public service clients
• High academic and/or relevant professional body qualifications
• High quality references
• An established Limited company through which they work
• Rights to work within the UK
• A background which would pass security checks (some of our projects require all personnel to undergo security clearance, and all of our Associates must either hold clearance or be willing to undergo the process)
• Specialist expertise in one or more of the following areas:
  Strategic advisory & business planning
  Executive management - Senior Civil Servant, CxO or deputy, large-scale programme management
  Commercialisation
  HR management & organisational design
  Programme & Project management
  Change management
  Risk management
  Business process design
