The public sector is facing unprecedented reform against a back drop of budgetary pressures, efficiency requirements and resource being redirected to front line services. To counter these pressures and to capitalise on the assets of the public sector many Government agencies are make better use of their physical and non-physical assets including intellectual property, data and skills by engaging in commercial services.
