Grant funding for a fairer society - 25th April 2008

| The Equality Act 2006 allows the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) to give financial assistance to organisations concerned with promoting equality and diversity, good relations and human rights. As part of a wider consultation process, Alignea has been engaged to support the development of the Grant Funding Strategy for 2009 and beyond.

Coram - better chances for children since 1739 - 10th March 2008

| Coram has been working with disadvantaged children since 1739 when Thomas Coram established the Foundling Hospital, to care for abandoned babies dying on the streets of London. Over the last year, Coram has worked with 6,000 children, young people and their families in London and beyond. This work takes many forms, but all their services focus on building self–esteem and emotional well being, preparing children for a fulfilling adult life. EEF organisational merger - 1st February 2008

| EEF, the manufacturer's organisation, has a membership of 6,000 manufacturing, engineering and technology-based businesses and represents the interests of manufacturing at all levels of government. It is currently undergoing a merger of regionally federated Associations to form a single entity.
Alignea has been engaged to provide specialist advice in change management, benefits realisation, product/pricing strategy, business plan development and mentoring for Directors, as well as having an operational role within the largest / broadest workstream, covering business improvement, HR and legal operations and membership services.

Innovation across Government - 21st January 2008

| The Technology Strategy Board is an executive body sponsored by the Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills (DIUS), dedicated to promoting technology-enabled innovation across the UK. It invests in research and development; build partnerships between business, research and Government to address major societal challenges; and runs a wide range of knowledge exchange programmes to help innovation flourish. Alignea is working with the Technology Strategy Board to identify and collate a single view of key Government stakeholder relationships, categorise the nature of relationships in relation to TSB programmes and surface the interdependencies between stakeholders and the TSB in order to support the TSB in the development of schema for prioritising relationships.

Commercial Strategy at the BMJ - 9th January 2008

| The BMJ Publishing Group is a subsidiary to the leading doctor's organisation, the British Medical Association. It publishes original scientific studies, review and educational articles, and papers commenting on the clinical, scientific, social, political, and economic factors affecting health. Alignea were engaged to support the new Commercial Director in the review and development of the Groups commercial strategy, researching and reporting on the future landscape of DH/NHS market interventionism, and supporting BMJG staff in acquisition analysis. |

Benefits Management Training - 27th January 2007

| Alignea extends Benefits Management capabilities with training based on the Cranfield School of Management methodology.
